Vocational Opinion
A written report of findings will accompany a verbal consultation. A Vocational Opinion is based upon both existing and new information revealed in the vocational
evaluation.
A thorough evaluation includes a diverse set of subject related factors.
These include:
-
Medical Issues
-
Psychological Issues
-
Education, training, and specialty skills
-
Work history, acquired training and skills
-
Ancillary factors such as job performance reviews
Pressing Questions:
-
Does the Vocational Opinion add value to the case?
-
Can the rationale of the Vocational Expert be understood and supported by evidence?
-
Will the Vocational Expert earnestly communicate both strengths and weaknesses in the case evaluation?
